Originally from Australia, Seb has worked in London for the past decade. Starting with Nuno Mendes at Viajante he then worked through East London restaurants The Laughing Heart & P Franco. He’s spent time cooking in France at Fulgurances in Paris and the Auberge de Chassignolles in Auvergne to name a few. He is now the Chef of Planque in Haggerston where he draws from these experiences for his take on modern French cooking. Join us on Sunday 19th January at 7pm.
