Open Palm are proud to host Cherri Bibi at the Residency Kitchen for a series of dinners.

Adrien Witte is a French Chef originally from Brittany, owner of the restaurant Cheri Bibi in Biarritz, Basque Country with his partner in life & business, Augustine. Their cooking is fresh, clean, sustainable and ingredient focused, with some twists from fermentation products. They only work with local suppliers - farmers or fishermen - to make sure they always have access to the best and freshest quality products.
